Soft Washing
All exterior walls are soft washed from the gutter to the ground. This includes exterior gutters, spouting, downpipes, soffits, eaves, alcoves, joinery and the base of the house. We undertake both chemical and non-chemical washing based on our customers requirements.
To avoid water sneaking through the cracks on older homes (plus other wonky windows and doors), we soft brush the delicate glass and frames by hand/brush, then rinse them down using a soft pressure setting.
Roof Treatments
Decomposing moss and lichen washes away over a period of 3-6 months (light moss & grime growth) 6-12 months (heavy moss and grime growth, applications may be required).
Roof Washing

To maintain good pH levels in your tank water, it is best to start with keeping your gutters clean and clear of moss and debris. After disconnecting downpipes, we flush gutters of all dirt and gunk like animal droppings or paint flakes. Pipes are then reconnected to the tank.
